Overview
Capital Allocation OS is the decision system I use when money, attention, and opportunity collide. It’s an Excel workbook - deliberately open and inspectable - that scores opportunities with a shared language so “yes,” “no,” and “not yet” aren’t vibes.
What makes it unique
